FRESNO CALIFORNIA MOLD EXPERTS

"We have seen instances where residents are living in houses full of mold," - Leadership Counsel policy advocate Karla Martinez. 

The Fresno City Council has deemed many Fresno homes unlivable.

To help tenants stay housed and healthy the city

approved a motion to allocate $50,000 of the 2022-23 budget for a program that will help tenants reallocate. 

The relocation program is meant to ensure that tenants are afforded the rights provided to them under Health and Safety Code housing laws.
